Aluminum & Engineered Profiles
Vented aluminum soffit and fascia wrap in baked-enamel colors matched to your existing trim — coordinated with any roof, ridge-vent, or gutter work.

Aluminum and engineered soffit and fascia installed with venting that feeds the attic and protects the rafter tails. Proudly Serving Homeowners Throughout New Jersey.
THE SCOPE
Soffit and fascia are the finish line of the roof — and the most common entry point for water and pests when they're neglected. Rotted fascia board is cut back to sound framing and replaced, then wrapped in baked-enamel aluminum or finished with engineered profiles, and vented soffit panels are sized to feed the attic so the ridge vent above has air to pull. Scoped alongside roof and gutter work, the whole roofline sequences and ages as one system.
Soffit and fascia are where water and pests get into a roof. We tear off rotted fascia board down to sound framing, replace it, then wrap in aluminum or install engineered profiles with vented soffit panels sized to the attic's intake needs — so the ridge vent above actually has air to pull. Done right, it closes the entry points and keeps the attic breathing. Proudly Serving Homeowners Throughout New Jersey.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
Rotted fascia board cut back to sound framing and replaced before wrap or gutters go up.
Soffit panels sized to feed the attic's intake so ridge exhaust has air to pull.
Color-matched aluminum wrap on fascia, frieze, and corner trim for a finished, low-maintenance roofline.
Soffit and fascia scoped alongside gutter and roof work so the whole roofline sequences correctly.
The eave as a system
The soffit underneath and the fascia at the edge work together. Vented soffit feeds cool air into the attic; fascia caps the rafter tails and carries the gutter. Get one wrong and you trap heat, starve the ridge vents, or leave rafter tails exposed to rot.
Perforated panel · ~9 sq in net free vent area per linear foot
The perforated underside is the intake half of a balanced attic system. It pulls cool outside air in at the eave so ridge vents can exhaust hot, moist air above the insulation.
Sealed panel · used over porches & where intake is not required
A solid panel finishes the overhang cleanly where there is no attic to ventilate — porch ceilings, bump-outs, and runs already served by intake elsewhere. We never seal an eave that the attic depends on.
Capped board · carries the gutter & caps the rafter tails
Fascia caps the cut ends of the rafter tails and gives the gutter a straight, rot-resistant board to hang from. We wrap it in color-matched aluminum so water never reaches the wood behind it.
Venting feeds the attic and protects the rafter tails. Intake at the soffit plus exhaust at the ridge keeps the deck dry, the shingles cooler, and the wood behind your fascia from ever seeing standing water.

HOW WE WORK
On-site review of what's actually there — decking, ventilation, framing, flashings, or the rough opening, depending on the job. We photograph everything and walk you through what's wrong before we quote.
Itemized written scope, materials list, manufacturer warranty registration plan, and a start date. Permits pulled where the town requires them.
One accountable crew, one schedule. We protect the landscaping and interior, work clean, and button up the site at the end of each day.
Magnet sweep for nails, debris hauled, walkthrough with the project manager, and warranties registered the same day.
FINANCING
A new roof or full exterior shouldn’t come out of one paycheck. Financing options are reviewed during the estimate so the monthly number is clear before any work begins.
Soft credit check through Hearth — no impact on your credit score.
Multiple lenders compete for your project so terms match the scope, not the other way around.
Rate, term, and monthly payment laid out in writing before any work begins.
