The housing ranges from dense early-1900s two- and three-families in Paterson and Passaic to postwar Capes and Colonials in Clifton, Wayne, and Hawthorne, then to wooded lake homes up around Ringwood and Wanaque. Clifton in particular is one of the towns our crews work most.

In Clifton we completed a full roof and seamless-gutter replacement on a postwar Cape, including new fascia where the prior gutters had been hung over rotted wood.
